Accessibility statement.

Vitafolix is built to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate the web with screen readers, keyboards only, or magnification. This page lists what we've done, what we're still working on, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.

Our commitment

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for every page on this site. We're not perfect — but we aim for it, audit ourselves regularly, and fix issues quickly when you tell us about them.

What we've built

  • Semantic HTML throughout: headings in order, lists for lists, buttons for actions, links for navigation.
  • Color contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
  • All interactive elements have visible focus states. You can tab through the entire site.
  • Images and icons that convey meaning have alt attributes. Decorative images are marked aria-hidden.
  • Forms have visible labels (not just placeholders), explicit error messages, and aria-live regions for validation feedback.
  • Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion — they shorten or disable for people with vestibular sensitivities.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page so screen-reader and keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
  • Cookie banner and modal traps focus while open and return it on close.
  • Site language is declared (lang="en") so screen readers pronounce correctly.

What we're still improving

We don't claim perfection. Areas we're actively working on:

  • Adding closed captions and transcripts to upcoming video content.
  • Improving the AI consultation chat's screen-reader experience while streaming responses.
  • Auditing third-party embeds (analytics, payment redirect) for keyboard traps.

Tested with

  • Latest stable Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • VoiceOver (iOS, macOS) and TalkBack (Android).
  • NVDA on Windows for primary regression checks.
  • Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse, no trackpad).
  • 200% browser zoom and OS-level magnification (up to 400% on key flows).

Found something that doesn't work?

Please tell us. We treat accessibility bugs the same way we treat broken checkout — they get an owner the same day.

Response time: We confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve most issues within 14.
What to include: The page URL, what you were trying to do, what happened, and which assistive technology / browser you were using. Screenshots and screen-recordings are welcome.

Alternative ways to reach us

If the site itself isn't working for you, we don't want that to block you from getting answers or placing an order:

  • Phone support is coming this summer. Until then, /contact reaches a human.
  • We can take an order over email and send a payment link separately.
  • Our AI consultant is keyboard-friendly and works with screen readers, but if it's not working for you, just email — a real person will help.

Legal

This site aims to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA as its baseline. We review this statement every six months.
