1. Acceptance

By using vitafolix.us or buying our products, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree — please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older (or have parental permission if you're between 16 and 18) and have a valid US shipping address. We ship to the 50 states + DC. International orders — case by case, email us.

3. Products & claims

Our products are cosmetic topicals. We make these specific claims:

• They may help with the appearance of hair density, shedding, and shine.
• Results vary. Individual results depend on hair type, age, hormonal context, and consistency of use.

We do not claim to: cure hair loss, regrow hair on scarred or fully bald scalp, treat any medical condition, or replace medical care. See our Science page for our honest stance on what these products won't do.

4. Pricing & orders

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. If we accidentally misprice a product (e.g. \$0.59 instead of \$59), we'll contact you and either correct or cancel — your choice.

An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Before then we can cancel for any reason (out-of-stock, suspected fraud, etc.) and we'll refund you fully.

5. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you chose (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
• You'll get an email reminder 3 days before each renewal.
• Cancel anytime in your account dashboard or by emailing hello@vitafolix.us. No phone-call gauntlet.
• Pause anytime, resume anytime.
• Subscriber pricing is locked at the price you signed up for, even if our list price goes up.

6. Returns

New customers get 50% off their first order, so trying the ritual stays low-risk. We don't refund opened or used bottles. We accept unopened returns within 30 days of delivery, and we'll replace any damaged, defective, or wrong item — email hello@vitafolix.us. See our Returns policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Vitafolix name, logo, packaging, and original content on this site are ours. You're welcome to share screenshots and reviews (we love that). You're not welcome to copy the brand or formulas.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law: our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are responsible for delivering safe, properly-labelled products as described — and that we take seriously.

If you have a known allergy to any ingredient on our labels, do not use the product. If you're under medical care for hair loss or scalp conditions, consult your doctor before adding new topicals.

9. Disputes

Most issues are resolved with an email. If something escalates, we agree to attempt good-faith resolution before any legal action. If that fails, disputes are governed by Florida law and resolved in courts of Broward County, Florida.
