Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email when your package leaves us.
Yes — USPS Ground Advantage delivers to PO Boxes. UPS does not, so expedited / overnight require a street address.
Email hello@vitafolix.us with a photo (if damaged) or your order number (if missing) within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no charge — we won't make you fight with the carrier.
If you entered the wrong address, email us before you get the shipping confirmation. After that the package is in the carrier's hands; we can re-ship to the correct address but you'll pay shipping a second time.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We're registered in Florida and other applicable nexus states.
