50% off your first order

Trying a new hair routine shouldn't be a leap of faith. New customers get 50% off their first order — our way of letting you start the full ritual at half price and see how your hair responds over the first month before you commit further.

Because we lower the cost of trying up front, we don't offer refunds on opened or used bottles. The value goes into your first order instead.

Unopened returns

Changed your mind? If a product is still unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

• The product must be sealed and unused.
• Email us first so we can confirm and send return instructions.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Opened or used bottles

We don't refund bottles that have been opened or used. Instead, we keep trying low-risk with 50% off your first order. If a product genuinely isn't working for you, email us — we read every message and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, that's on us — not a return. Email hello@vitafolix.us with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately, with no need to ship anything back.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel or pause a subscription anytime in your account or by email. No call required.
• If you cancel before a renewal ships — nothing further is charged.
• Forgot to cancel? Email us within 7 days of the charge and before the order ships — we'll cancel and refund that renewal as a one-time courtesy.

Allergic reaction

If you have a skin or scalp reaction, stop using the product immediately. Email us with a photo if you're comfortable. We refund 100% and remove you from the marketing list. We also want to know — every reaction helps us improve formulas and warning labels.
